Status and Activities The Company was registered as a Private Limited by shares, incorporated under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 on October 27, 1994.
The Company has been registered as an Investment Advisor under the Investment Companies and Investment Advisor’s Rules 1971. The Investment Companies and Investment Advisor’s Rules 1971 have been repealed and replaced by the Non-Banking Finance Companies (Establishment and Regulations) Rules, 2003 (NBFC Rules). The status of the company has been changed from private to public and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has issued the license to the company to undertake Asset Management Services as required under the NBFC Rules.
